Brands For Less Shop want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping. When you initiate a valid return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s) returned.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at inquiry@brandsforlessshop.com.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will email you a free pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Print the label and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Rejected: If the item is used or damaged (not due to our error), we will notify you that the return cannot be accepted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at inquiry@brandsforlessshop.com so we can make it right.
