Brands For Less Shop work hard to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Below you will find important information about our shipping timelines, rates, and delivery practices.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Order cut off Place your order before 4:00 PM Eastern Time and we'll process it the same day.


Handling time We pack and ship your order within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.


Transit time Your order will arrive in 3–4 business days after it's shipped.


Combined Order before 4:00 PM EST and we'll process it same day. We ship within 1 business day and delivery takes 3–4 business days. You'll get a tracking link once it's on the way.


Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Seasonal demand, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

If a significant delay occurs during order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

2. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

4. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiry@brandsforlessshop.com.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, when applicable

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable remedy.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or your local carrier office.

We will gladly assist with carrier investigations and provide available documentation to help resolve delivery-related concerns.
